We Have All The Right Skills & Experience

As you would expect, all our staff are highly qualified in domicile care and between us we have a vast array of experience. They all have passed the ‘Nan’ test (as well as reference and DBS checks) so our founder, Emma Culley, is more than happy to have them help you in your home. The latest technology provides us with immediate feedback during your care calls and therefore we can respond very quickly to any issues.

As a business, bringing on board the right people with the right skill sets and experience helps us to continually learn, grow and improve, that’s why you can Rest Assured. Every team member is encouraged to deliver to his or her strengths, every hour, every day, every week.

Passionate About The Care Service We Provide

Our passion is giving the right level of care Domiciliary Care to people who live in their own homes but require additional support with activities, including household tasks, personal care and any other activity that allows them to maintain both their independence and quality of life.

You may be starting to find it difficult to complete different areas of your routine and want some support. Regular home visits, from 30 minutes through to several hours a day, and Live-in care can be arranged to help you with a wide range of everyday tasks, including:

  • Personal and Continence Care
  • Managing medication
  • Helping to mobilise in and around the home
  • Household tasks and meal preparation
  • Clinical care (including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding)

Both Live-in and Domiciliary Care offers a valuable source of companionship. Seeing a familiar face every day, or a couple of times a week, brings comfort, a feeling of safety and friendship. Carers are not just trained in delivering the physical aspects of care, but also offer emotional support, encouragement and reassurance.
